贝加莱（B&R）工业自动化公司推出的AcoposMulti驱动系统采用模块化的可扩展结构，每个轴模块可以提供1到2个伺服轴控制，并集成了一个24VDC的辅助电源模块，为驱动器、控制器和外围设备提供了一个到直流总线的链接，来获得开路、短路和过载保护。其他特性包括通过空气，油或水进行冷却的模块化设计，通过一个能量再生系统确保环境的安全性。在国内，我们还没有看到有厂商进行类似的模块式设计，并在产品中融入机器安全概念。

紧凑和安全
ACOPOSmotor模块在一个紧凑的单元中结合了以下重要组件：
伺服驱动器含可选安全技术
伺服电机作为一个整流器
内置位置传感器
选择一个可选的齿轮箱
ACOPOSmotor模块采用***先进的技术提供***高性能，不仅可以减少动力装置的功耗，而且还可以优化电机应用。
ACOPOSmotor模块拥有三种不同的尺寸，扭矩范围从1.2至10 Nm，功率范围从550 W至2.3 kW。对于要求更大功率的应用而言，加装一个可选的风扇组件可以随时大幅提升性能。

分布式和灵活性
就拓扑结构而言，ACOPOSmotor模块可以采用简单的线型和树型结构。在线型结构中，会自动分配节点号。而需要设置地址时无需打开外壳。
使用一根混合电缆实现与驱动组的连接。它包含了运行ACOPOSmotor以及POWERLINK网络相关的所有电源线和信号线。
高效的IP65防护等级使ACOPOSmotor模块可以直接被安装在机器上。控制柜则只包含电源，高功率逆变模块和其它必要的机电组件。这样很容易实现模块化的机器架构和可选的机器功能，因为它们可以轻松地利用混合电缆连接 – 必要的电源 – 至机器主线。
将X67模块直接连到ACOPOSmotor模块上对于模块化机器工程而言也是十分理想的。这为机器模块实现独立且可测试的生产单元铺平了道路。

集成安全
除了成熟的接线安全功能STO（安全扭矩断开）和SS1（安全运行停止1）之外，ACOPOSmotor模块还将在未来提供可选的基于网络的安全功能。用户将可以使用到这些已在ACOPOSmulti上应用并通过认证的功能： STO，SOS，SS1，SS2，SLS，SMS，SLI和SDI。有意思的是安全功能可以根据需要单独选择。相比之下，接线安全功能只允许选择STO和SS1。

同类性和兼容性
ACOPOSmotor模块可以提供众所周知的ACOPOSmulti驱动器功能，因此它可以被同类地集成到一个驱动解决方案中。

8LV三相同步电机所有相关的机械和电气数据及信息都存储于EnDat编码器中。因此，对于用户来说无需在伺服驱动上做任何设置。当编码器和伺服驱动器相连时，上电后电机将会被自动识别。电机将额定参数和限制参数传送至伺服驱动。驱动自动选择能够控制电机所要用到的***佳电流限制参数和控制参数。用户只要负责优化速度和位置控制参数。贝加莱Automation StudioTM 软件中集成的调试环境为用户提供支持。另外，这还有助于使常规的维护更加简便，电机更换时无需再花时间设置参数。
